Dinner With The Chef

Cheese and fruit paired with crackers and wine to get you in the mood

 First course

Wild mushroom wellington stuffed with roasted red peppers, Swiss Chard caramelized onions, and melted goat cheese, with a arugula salad and balsamic reduction

Lightly blacken yellowtail snapper with tropical fruit  salsa, and orange reduction paired with a scallion wild rice , and asparagus medley

Vanilla bean Crème Brulee with raspberry coulis and toasted hazelnuts

Caribbean roasted corn and Pablano crab cakes with avocado and arugula salad  and key lime aioli  

 equila lime marinated duck breast seared to perfection and drizzled with ginger orange reduction  , served with herb and Dijon roasted potatoes, and fire roasted cherry tomato and asparagus medley

Bananas flambé  deglaze with Grand Marnier, orange zest, toasted coconut, and vanilla bean ice cream
